Always find a way to help. Never turn anyone away for the inability to pay.
These are the cornerstones of what we do here at Pet Resource Center. And it’s all possible because of the support we receive from the community in myriad ways.
We’ve put together this list of five easy ways you can help us say “yes” to pet parents when they have nowhere else to go.
Paw it forward
Whether it’s a monthly donation, a one-time gift or simply rounding up the cost of your services while you’re here, your support helps us keep our doors open. It allows us to make our prices affordable, protect more pets from disease and be there for folks who may not be able to afford that care otherwise. Donate today.
Donate food or supplies
Oftentimes all it takes to keep a loved pet in its home is a single resource. But what most people don’t know is that every item that we send families home with is donated to us by kind-hearted people like you. Big or small, new or used, your donation helps a pet and family in need. Here’s what we could use.
Volunteer
Our team of hands-on volunteers help keep this place running. They help prep our surgical supplies, run our drive-thru vaccination events, lead our pet food pantry and more. If you’ve got a heart for animals and want to make your community a better place for pets and people, sign up to volunteer with us today.
Leave a review
If you enjoyed your experience with us, one of the most helpful things you can do is leave us a review. Tell us what you loved, tell us what we could work on – that’s the only way we can improve on the ways in which we’re there for our community. And it will help us reach more pets and people who need our assistance.
Spread the word
Two of the most powerful means of communications in our day and age are social media and word of mouth. We try our hardest to give pet parents the tools they need to keep their pets happy and healthy, but also to share stories about kindness and love. We hope you’ll follow along and help us spread more positivity throughout our city.
Together, we’ll keep pets off the streets, out of shelters and in their homes with the people who love them.
