All surgery reservations require a deposit of $50 that is refundable only if you give us 48 hour notice of your cancellations. If you can’t afford the $50 at the time of your reservation, there may be options.
Note: We’ll contact you prior to your appointment to collect the deposit. If you don’t respond 48 hours or more before you appointment to provide that deposit, we’ll have to cancel your scheduled surgery time so someone else can fill that spot. If you have provided a depost and cancel 48 hours or more before your appointment, your deposit will be refunded.
