Make a Payment

Check-in process:

• When you enter the parking lot, go to the left and check in with the white booth
• The person at the booth will let you know where to go under the tent
• Someone will give you a call to take payment and go over any questions you may have
• Payment is due at drop-off
  • We take cash, debit, or credit cards
  • Please be aware that credit cards may have a processing fee
  • We have to have permission from the card owner to take payment
• We will be coming out to your vehicle to get your pet

Pet Requirements

• Please be sure to bring your pet fasted (no food after 10pm the night before). Water is okay up until the time of your appointment.
• Please pay deposit and submit the pre-surgery form prior to appointment.
